Director - Ad Sales  

Sr. Director/ Director – Ad Sales will be responsible for the revenue generated from India & its neighbouring countries through effective planning, sales support, client management, campaign execution and people management. He should have strong relations with media planners, brands and leading advertisers in the country. He will be required to create and manage a team of Sales Managers who primarily would be responsible for their own targets.

Sr. Director – Ad Sales will report to Vice President –Ad Sales and will have a team of Sales Managers reporting to him.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Revenue
a) Responsible for the revenue targets for the region (India & its neighbouring countries).

Strategy Formulation and Planning
a) Formulate and implement a long-term and short term plans (segment and product wise).
b) Preparation of Annual Budget for sales and sales support activities for his region

Sales Operations
a) Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budgets.
b) Oversee collection and ageing and take necessary decisions.

Customer Account Management
a) Identify and build alliances with media agencies
b) Provide direction in the development of sales pitches and proposals.
c) Track and facilitate ongoing business partnerships. Manage customer expectations and resolve customer issues.

People management / Performance Management
a) Allocate accounts and responsibilities, assign targets and monitor performance of the Key accounts
b) Provide guidance, act as a mentor to sales team to enhance/develop their skills.

Manager - Ad Sales

Job Description

Manager – Ad Sales will be responsible for the revenue generated from key accounts through effective campaign planning, client management and campaign execution. S/he should have necessary relations with media planners, brands and leading advertisers in the country. The candidate should have experience of selling to brands and media agencies along with exposure to digital media. Some of the key responsibilities would be:

  • Identify potential advertisers directly or through media agencies and offer customized campaigns to them on mobile phones. Develop new accounts and are responsible for the revenue from each of the accounts over the year.

  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities in region. 

  • Maintaining healthy relationships with advertisers.

    Coordinating with the campaign management team to effectively execute the advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, payment collection and repeat business.

Director / Sr. Manager - Online Marketing

Job Description

Director/ Sr. Manager – Online Marketing will be responsible for the revenue generated from global online marketing activities. Some of the key responsibilities would be to:

  • Achieve revenue targets using online marketing.
  • Conceptualization, creation and maintenance of sustained campaigns which generate quality leads for sales and publishing teams. 
  • Effective coordination with various agencies and successful execution of campaigns through various digital marketing programs online viz. Banner Advertising, Marketing to Online Communities, Blog Marketing & Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conceptualize and implement newsletter and other best CRM practices to remain in touch with various stakeholders including advertisers, publishers etc.

  • Required to hire and maintain a team of Online Marketing Managers/ Executives as per business requirements.

Account Manager - Client Servicing

Job Description

Manager – Client Servicing will be responsible for implementing and managing the advertising campaigns which sales team will bring. The key responsibilities would be:

  • Responsible for the servicing a group of clients and the management and development of all projects per client.

  • Contributes to the management of the Client Services team

  • Supporting the team in achieving agreed targets for the year

  • Maintaining and developing all client campaigns including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommending necessary optimizations.

  • Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organizing monthly/quarterly key account reviews with clients and management team.

  • Financial management (billing & recoveries) and reporting of client portfolio.

  • Maintaining regular MIS and doing regular QC's on all accounts.

  • Product Development - Assist in design with product-related issues.

  • Operationally strong & capable of handling full cycle assignments.

It is required that the candidate has the following key skills:

  • Strong understanding of performance oriented campaigns.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and translate information to teams and individuals and to report effectively to management.

  • Strong people management capabilities.

Web Designer

Job Description

We are currently looking for a versatile Graphic + Web designer with the following essential requirements – Stunning Creativity, Great Design Skills, Flexibility and Humor. You should be comfortable with Mobile, Web and Advertising design work and be proficient in all or most of the usual design software packages including Adobe, Macromedia, Corel and Flash since you’ll be independently working on projects like mobile sites, websites, logos, print, e-mailers and web ads, multimedia presentations,  newsletters, marketing collaterals, posters, invitations, etc.

As the new designer, you will be required to contribute towards the creative direction of the company, ensuring that its reputation for professional and innovative work is maintained and developed. We want someone who is at ease with both the marker and the mouse and can produce saleable ideas rather than wallpaper and is capable of delivering imaginative concepts and creative layouts bang on brief, on time without compromising quality.

You’ll have to be incredibly creative, self motivated, possess good communication skills, have an obsessive eye for detail and be prepared to work under pressure but most importantly, you’ll have an ability to work independently on multiple projects, meet deadlines and be happy to interact with some clients from concept to completion.

Advertising, Graphic design or Web design agency background preferred. Web programming skills would also be helpful. A cheerful willingness to work in a start-up and long-term career plans with us is an absolute must and anyone applying for the position will need to be comfortable with this.

  • To grasp the communicated (written/verbal) brief and write clean, concise, and riveting copy.

  • To ideate and communicate the copy to the Visualizer and Graphic Designers

Pre-Requisites:
